Moderators vs Forumites

BBTC is proud to present: the Mods vs Forumites (MvF) Tournament. This tournament will open up with a 5v5 match on VALVe's Counter-Strike: Source. The match will consist of two teams: 5 SteamPowered.com Moderators, and 5 SteamPowered.com Forumites (Forum members). The two teams are allowed to have as many on the roster as they want, but can only play 5 at a time.

Registration

Forumites:
Registration for the Forumites team is currently Closed .

Requirements:

• Microphone
• Ventrilo
• Being a well respected member of the SteamPowered.com Forums
• Being an active member (1000+ posts).

Signups for round two will take place soon after round one is over

Moderators:

You will need to pick a team captain for Team Moderators. This captain will work with me to help organize this a little better and will just help keep track of your team so I don't have to do both. If you are a Moderator and still haven't signed up, just post here that you can play (ignore schedualing issues for now).

First Half: 12-3 Forumites
Second Half: 8-7 Forumites

Description: Pregame took about a half hour, as we were waiting for a 5th Moderator to connect. As a last resort, we contacted Waldo (an Admin) to play for the Mod team. He agreed, and went to go update his CS:S. Upon entering, he recieved a phone call. This occupied his time enough to force him to leave. The mods asked us to proceed 4v5. Boy was that a mistake! The Forumites murdered the Moderators during the first half. Second half the Moderators had the t-side advantage, and Blinxx had to leave half way through. The Forumites managed to hold their own as we defended our bases. We (the Forumites) ended up winning both halfs and were victorious in our intentions! Good game to all!
